We ship your package(s) the same day for all orders placed before 1pm EST. All other orders will be shipped the next business day (late orders may sometimes be processed and shipped the same day, but this cannot be guaranteed).

Various FedEx and USPS shipping methods are available for you to choose from. Your real-time actual shipping cost will be calculated based on your items' weight, dimensions and your location. Please select your shipping methods accordingly.

If any item is not available to ship or backordered at the time of purchase, the estimated ship time will be provided and we will notify you via email when the item is being packaged and is ready to ship. FREE SHIPPING

If your order qualifies for Free shipping, $0 shipping selection will be enabled. For free shippings we will determine the shipping method based on your location. Even though you pay nothing for the shipping, we still send your packages with the reliable and fast methods like USPS Priority or FedEx Ground. The free shipping deal includes New arrivals as well as the Sale items. Currently free shipping service is offered to orders shipped domestically (the US).

HOW TO TRACK A PACKAGE

We strongly suggest that you create an account during or before the checkout in order to access order details later. Once your package is shipped you will be notified via email with the tracking number. The tracking numbers can also be found on your "Completed Orders" menu after logging in to "My Account". Clicking the number will redirect to the shipping companies' website with detailed info on shipment status.

Note. Unfortunately, at this time we do not provide real time shipping cost in the Google Checkout payment method; standard shipping charges will apply according to region and package weight.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Available International shipping methods are automatically enabled at the checkout. Currently we only offer USPS International Priority or USPS First Class Parcel( Not Available for large boxes or heavy items). We are not responsible for any import duties may be assesed by local government in your area/ country. Although USPS International Priority offers a tracking number, the package status is not updated accurately or status updates may be delayed. Normal delivery time is 8-12 days, but it may take longer than that due to possible delays at your country's customs department.
